Welcome to Brightkeep. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Not medical advice

Brightkeep is a wellness and engagement tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about anything related to your health. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and let us know if it changes.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Brightkeep. In particular, do not:

• Attempt to break, probe, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
• Use the service, or our AI companion, to harass or harm other people.
• Resell or redistribute access to paid features.

AI features

Keeper, our AI companion, generates responses automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Output is general information only and is never medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you act on it. See the Privacy Policy for how your messages are processed.

Subscriptions and billing

Brightkeep offers a free tier and a paid Brightkeep Plus tier — $4.99 monthly, $29.99 yearly, or $49.99 yearly for a two-person household. If you subscribe, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the price shown at checkout on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with advance notice. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Content you provide

You keep the rights to Memory Log notes, photos, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely so we can provide the app to you.

Availability

We work hard to keep Brightkeep running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or retire parts of the app.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightkeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
